I received this laptop for Christmas and was really happy until I went to put it in the case and noticed a noise when I moved it. Turned out to be something rolling around behind the screen, so we exchanged it for another... No rattling when I pulled it out of the box, so I was excited, until I turned it on. There was a loud chirpping noise coming from the left front which drove me crazy and I hadn't heard in the previous one, so we exchanged that one for yet another. First thing I made sure there was nothing rolling around, turned it on and it was completely quite, BUT wouldn't you know there was a red dot right in the middle of the screen, I guess a pixel had gone out! So we have now purchased a different brand and I am finally able to make it mine as there have been no issues!! Best Buy was great with the returns!

This is a great deal on the laptop alone. Another website had this same laptop for 449 Alone! !! I installed win 8.1 and it works great. It feels just like 7 or you can switch to 8.1 and enjoy the plethora of cool apps. The screen is bright and size is fine. The appearance is nice too. The bundle includes Web root which is the best security period. Also includes nice Log I tech wireless mouse...flash drive. ..and a sleeve to protect the laptop. Highly recommend this bundle.
