Posted .Hi HPm27dw, regarding the expensive inks, the declared yield is not intended to be the minimum number of pages that the cartridge will print. Rather, page yield data is meant to estimate the average yield expected from a particular cartridge when measured using the ISO test methodology in connection with a designated printer system. Individual cartridges can perform above and below this average due to variation in the cartridge manufacturing process. Additionally, actual yield varies considerably based on factors such as the content of printed pages, typical printer job size, the environmental conditions during operation and the amount of colour printing relative to monochrome printing. Easy to install, good color.

It is easy to install as well, open the front cover of the printer, slide out the cartridge tray, pull up the old cartridge from the cartridge tray and drop in the new one. The color is good. How long will the toner last? That remains to be seen.

Really, the same for this series. Also, these cartridges basically run with 1-2 types of printers which is super annoying.

Easy to install and reliable, but expensive.

Clarity of print is excellent for common use. I don't do anything particularly fancy with the printing, copying or scanning. Had trouble with installing it on a slightly older laptop (about 5 years old). Had installed once before, but when I had to re-install it, I ran into problems. No issue with using on a newer laptop.

High Quality HP Ink

You get 100’s of pages of high quality print outs. The draw back is HP charges a lot for these cartridges so Best Buy can only sell them at these prices. Best Buy sells them at a competitive price compared to HP online and other stores.

Note: Do not automatically replace them when your printer gives you low toner indicator. That's determined by preset copy count. Wait until you start to notice your color beginning t ofade. You can get 1000 more copies out of it this way, as not all colors are utilized at the same rate per print job.
