Great automatic shipment of cartridges when it is running low. Never have to worry about running out of toner.

I like this ink cartridge but wish HP would not tell you toner is running low when there is still plenty of ink. I always wait until the prints come out badly before I change the cartridge. I usually get another team of paper thru the printer before I actually need to change it.

The agent who assisted me knew from my description exactly what I needed. Very professional.
