Big and sturdy, but the screen wuality could be better

A line has developed in the display which was not expected

It’s 19” not 21.5 or 19.11 as they claim in the specifications.

Ordered 2 monitors. These arrived in two separate boxes - these aren't packing boxes, these are the boxes you would pick up from the store. One box arrived dented in and busted and the monitor is cracked. I plug in the 2nd monitor and it works but the display is dim and dull, even after adjusting the settings. The screen is pixelaxted so that even my email inbox is hard to hard. Disappointed on so many levels - with both Best Buy and HP. Done.

Low resolution not good picture for watching movies on the computer. Overall too fuzzy for my taste. Returned it for a 4k monitor.

Great monitor. i got it for my apple laptop and it works perfect.

Nothing special and may be a bit outdated in terms of IO ports.

It’s great except of the wire gets hot a certain way it turns off. Almost like it has a short in the wire.

This was overall a good item, but it didn't meet my needs it, was too small, and the stand was cheap and in the way. Then I tried to set on stands and boxes to get to right eye height. The adaptor for a monitor stand was expensive. Be sure to check eye height before buy. I had to return.

Nice compact monitor, easy to install and set up!!

You get what u pay for its pretty pixelated but it works well

got a bad piece with a part of the monitor dark. I could not return as the days were over.

It was too small, it may be good for a.second monitor but not as a main.

Expected better from Best Buy, but sadly, not up to parr. It is a second screen for my job, but every time I log on, I need to unplug my ethernet cord and plug it back in for the screen to come on!~ Wasted money I really did not have.

Purchase to create dual monitor. Not mountable as sales agent recommended. Bought two monitors Best Buy canceled on. Had to buy another match purchased best buy canceled that one. In long run bought two Samsung monitors "mountable".
