Best Buy ripoff! I charged my online purchase to my Best Buy card, which provides 5% rewards. The reward was not applied, which you don't know until after pushing the "purchase" button. The chat room was a dead end. Staff at the local store said that the reward would be applied to my monthly invoice. It was not. Make purchases at the store only.
