great affordable computer for limited desk space. Easy setup

After having to buy a new computer to run windows 11, I was expecting the changeover to be troublesome. But I was pleasantly surprised how easy the transfer was. The screen was so much better than the previous one with the narrow surround. Keyboard and mouse were much easier to use than the old ones. Highly recommend this HP computer.

It is an easy to install and use product, the color is good and fast.

Purchased this for my parents to replace a very old Dell PC. They are very happy with the all in one. Takes up minimal space and the speed is very good.

Easy to set up, great quality. Touchscreen, nice feature. It was open box, in excellent condition (according to the description). The only problem was it advertised everything was there. There was no mouse. I was told that in order to get a mouse , I had to return everything. Like I said the computer was set with all of the programs, apps, etc. There was absolutely no way I was going to uninstall everything to return the computer . My suggestion with the open box, is to list the missing items, simple, then you're aware of what you need to replace. My assumption was that everything was there, because it advertised, online, excellent condition. They gave no other options, only return everything. It was purchased for my elderly dad, who definitely didn't want to bother making a swap. Do I purchase mouse.. no reimbursement either.. oh well. I am very pleased. So

We bought this computer for my Mom. We wanted something for her that's easy to use and is nice on the eyes. She really likes the white because it goes well in her house. It set up within minutes (not counting the updates). She is having no problems at all.

Super cool graphics, sharp picture. I love the touch screen, I use it often. I watch movies on there, sound is loud enough to hear the dialogue. Although I do wish it was louder. It's able to handle all my tabs left opened without any lag issues. Money well spent. Happy Camper.

I bought for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. It took me a while to get it set up but he is happy with the big screen and the keyboard. I just need to get his email set up, he can't remember his passwords.

The computer is fine. The new version of Windows is very impressive. . .quite intuitive and easy to learn. Best Buy Geek Squad’s transfer of files and programs to the new computer went without a hitch.

Choosing a new computer for Windows !! wasn't easy, but this was a good choice. Easy to use and large screen easy to read.

So far it's good, got a brand new. Speed is good and only issue it some times the starting touchscreen pad is frozen. And, sometimes that touchpad even does not show up when doing school work where you want to enter some numbers. The main reason to spend extra money was to get touch-screen functionality to work for an ease.

I love this Computer. I also love the fast and reliable service that I receive when I order from Best Buy! You can't go wrong with this computer!

My wife needed a new computer that would be able to multitask. She works from home and needed to make calls and use the internet. The computer is quick and able to do everything she wanted. Well worth the money.

I love this computer! I am learning many new steps since I last ordered my older computer before 2013! It operates so much more smoothly--speed is unbelievable. I love the app One Drive and all that it offers--especially the memories videos. I am relearning to navigate a new product and it makes me happy!!
