I purchased this computer for work because it was one of the few that had the specs I needed and the right amount of USB ports plus a CD drive in a decent price range. It works well for what I need but every time I am on the internet and a video pops up, my computer freezes and blacks out for a minutes. Lately, it's completely shutting down google chrome and makes it hard to do anything. Would not have purchased if I knew it would do that.

Easy to use screen either with mouse or by touch. Clean and fresh look with white rather than black. Nice size monitor allows me to bring up two full-size documents side by side for easier editing. Like the feature to switch camera off so I can choose when to access it. Wish the USB ports were easier to access, like on the side, rather than the middle of the back. Decent price.

I had an expensive HP ENVY all-in-one, like this one, only with an i-5 processor and 23" touch screen. I liked them machine when it worked. BUT, HP changed that. Their pre-loaded "HP support assistant" said the machine needed a BIOS update, which showed up on their program. That BIOS update was downloaded and the machine shut off and on like it should, and the the machine was totally inoperable since that immediate point in time. I called HP technical support, who offered no assistance other than "go to hp.com and buy another one that suits your needs", or "take it to a local repair shop and see what they can do". Other calls yielded the same results. It was their HP update for my machine, and they destroyed my machine and did not accept any responsibility for it. I will never buy, nor recommend, another HP product as long as I live, and they have had ALL my computer business since Windows 98 second edition came out about 20 years ago.
