I was able to purchase so many items because the salesman who helped me was excellent. He took alot of time helping me to find what I needed and getting me through all the paperwork, then he hooked me up with the man in computers so that I could be further helped which enabled me to select a computer. I could not have purchased a TV and headphones or a computer if it were not for all the help I received from your excellent staff. Now for the important part. I received 85 reward points but I do not have my printer so I can not print out the certificate. I never received my new Best Buy credit card so I can not use that to order on line before the expiration date for the reward points. I went to the store and spoke to customer service and they do not seem to be in a position to help me. What exactly is customer service for? They said I should call the credit card company. I did this through Best Buy so I think Best Buy should help me. I left the store with the feeling that if Best Buy's customer service can not help AFTER the sale is made than maybe BB is not the store for me. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding the credit card that I never received and how to use my reward points that I received for opening a credit card on November 25, and exactly where is the credit card?

This was a gift so I can't give a complete review. The person I purchased this for was looking for something basic to browse the internet and check email. So far she really likes it a lot and the touchscreen is just enough technology for her. She tells me it is really fast and the monitor is really clear.

Easy to use, quick start up. I did by the remote keyboard and mouse. Not that there was a problem with what was include, I just liked the look and not having he wires. I use a tablet all week for work, it is nice to come home to a big screen. My tablet just stays in the bag until I fly out the next week.

I purchased this computer for my son to use in college. Thus far, it has worked very well for him. I worried that an all-in-one would not have the speed and processing power needed. It is not the fastest computer in the house, but it is plenty sufficient for student use. It is a great space saver, and I love not having a million cords dangling everywhere!

Easy to use and set up right out of the box. Just a few clicks and we were on our way. Our 2 yr old also likes the ease of use since he can just touch the screen like his tablet. Good sound and picture. We just use it for routine home use (email, Facebook, pandora, etc) and is perfect for our needs

This is a wonderful computer, love the 24 inch monitor that it comes with. I actually ended up buying a second one for my mother. Only negative thing I have to say is the keyboard number pad side the 0 is a regular key with the right arrow next to it, and I end up hitting the arrow key instead of 0.

It's fantastic. The Computer was purchased for high school home schooling and preschool children. It's sleek design is comfortable to keep in the open and I have found it convenient to get to my emails, online billing and shopping.

This system is good for internet browsing, basic Microsoft Office type applications, and just basic home needs. I wouldnt use it as a gaming computer. For that you want a better CPU and Video card. The screen is great, nice and clear, large! The size being an all in one takes minimal space so as a basic needs computer, you cant go wrong.

So simple and easy to use. Set up was a breeze. I bought it on Black Friday. It was shipped to my house and I literally opened box n placed on desk. Love not having a hardrive taking up space. CD player seems s bit flimsy and wish ports were on side but it's not that big of an issue!
