||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The new HP desktop is fine. It replaces one that I purchased 7 years ago from Best Buy. The problem is with the Geek Squad which transferred over only some of the files from the old computer from which it removed the hard drive. It was woefully short on instruction. Coming to the rescue of the in-store Geek Squad was the telephone support Geek Squad which resolved the issues regard set up of data transfer, integration with Microsoft Office and a few other issues. Do not use the Spring Hill in store Geek Squad.

Great desktop computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have now used the HP Touch-Screen All-in-One computer by HP for 3 months and am very happy with this purchase. I did buy a wireless keyboard and mouse to go along since I rather not use the touch screen capabilities. The computer is sitting on my desk and it is a hassle reaching to it since it is about 24" away from me.. Another big plus for me is the elimination of the old tower and all the wires that are part of the older systems.
