HP and Windows 10 work together smoothly on this all-in-one unit. This computer is great for home use, and works quickly online. We purchases this computer to replace the one used by the family. It quickly accesses ABCMouse and has a large enough hard drive to store all of our music without slowing it down.

This is my first all in one. A little scared it was only an i3 but I'm just using it for school and nothing else. It freezes every once in a while but other than that it's just as fast as my i7 laptop. The screen is awesome!!!! I love it and it's not bulky.

We are really pleased with this purchase. The computer had one minor problem(software glitch) but the Geek Squad was great in helping us to fix it .Our only regret is that there isn't any kind of assistance in helping us to realize its full potential

Bought this computer for my dad and he really likes it, he doesn’t use it for the touch screen as much but it’s a powerful computer that was worth the money , it handles a big library of books that he has online , and it doesn’t seem to slow down the computer , it’s a good computer

I was looking for a computer to assist with my Graduate studies, I needed to get a desk top and the salesman was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed, wanted and could afford. ! hour later everybody was happy with the outcome.

Must have pc and it does everything. Plus it's a massive screen that's also touch screen. Very responsive and great quality. Speakers BLAST. Super loud and great quality as well. Monitor is desktop included and very thin.

The desktop computer I purchased from Best Buy was at a great price and it also came with a free printer. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me chose the correct computer for my needs.

Excellent value for the money, Easy set up and good design . The USB inputs on the back would be better served on the side and the power button under the front is hard to locate and press. But please as a whole

The first one after 6 days would not turn on and I took it back to Best Buy. They were very helpful and exchanged the computer for a new one with no problems at all. The second one is working great and I love it.

"All-in-one" terminology is misleading. I assumed it meant all components were included, (i.e., screen, keyboard, etc.) for one price. I did not know it meant It was a glorified laptop with hard drive, etc. contained within the screen.

I got this desktop to used it for college work primarily and do some work related stuff. The desktop PC has not yet disappoint me. Well built and with the nessesary power to do what I need to accomplish

I have had an HP All in one for many years & had to get a new computer so I wanted to get another. No tower to worry about. All wireless. Great price & excellent service by the Best Buy sales staff.

My wife wanted to replace her Imac with a windows desktop. This 2 in 1 is perfect, it looks like her old Imac (which is pretty elegant) but is faster, more memory, and is easier to use. Great machine!!

A very good computer for a beginner and also for an experienced computer user. Love this computer and have had no problems since I bought it so far. Easy to set up and use. Right out of the box.

I love this computer, just a little bit on the slow side. That might be my internet though, not sure. Have had no problems at all with it though. I love it. Still forget about the touch screen though. Would highly recommend it!

I waited ten years for MS to iron out the issues after they stopped using XP. My patience paid off. My only complaint is having to remember a very long password, and being unable to recycle a password if it comes to doing it over.

I bought this computer, luckily, on sale. Like many of the other reviewers say, the keyboard and mouse are extremely cheap; I ended up using an old wireless mouse instead, and may eventually get a different, and much nicer, keyboard.

Love that there is no tower and a lot less wires to collect dust!! Plus it works great. I also purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse. So just one plug, printer plug and wire to wifi router.

I'm normally an apple user, but I picked this one up because of price. My kids needed one for their homework. ....and my wife for a zillion pics. Works well. Startup was very user friendly.
