Transition to Windows 10 was the biggest concern. With the help of Geek Squad it when relatively easily. All in all, it took about a week to be fully functional. Most of that time taken in dismantling the old system to get at the hard drive and then transfer everything over to the new system.

I bought this for my kids to use for school. It’s a great computer, they love the touch screen. It’s the perfect size for our kitchen desk & then I can use it for music or streaming while I’m in the kitchen also! Great buy!

This is a great All-in-One desktop computer. So glad it was recommended to me! I've had it about 1 1/2 years & love it. It was on sale when my previous computer died, perfect timing.

Thought I would have to pay a couple thousand dollars to get a replacement pc only to find out that best buy has them reasonably priced. OIn addition, I upgraded my printer for a lot less than I had planned.

I just purchased this computer recently. Easy to set up at home. Screen is a nice size. I still have lots to learn. Tech support (Geek Squad) got it all ready for me to use. I am very happy with this product.

We bought this to replace a Lenovo that was so slow. This has been a great change. Easy to set up and works great. We are not ones who use this computer a lot so it is great for us. Wish I had bought it sooner!

This HP all-in-one replaced an old Toshiba (manufacturing ceased 5 years ago) I think I was ready for a new computer. The HP was a good price, Geek Squad transferred my important files and I was good to go.

love the size and clarity of the screen. keyboard does not compliment the computer= too small. I have encountered a problem with the window application not printing words on Word Document. My printer prints from Power Point, and Internet. Not sure what the problem is. Other than that as of present I am pleased with my purchase.

Excellent picture, colors are vibrant and menu is easy to follow. Easy access to Bluetooth and Samsung sound bar give the speakers a wonderful sound. Even my grandchildren operate the system !

Great all in one HP computer. It perform efficient. I am glad that I purchase that computer before the Coronavirus, because my wife using it to work from home. Great investment.

I just set this computer up and started using it yesterday. Set up was very easy and everything is working properly. So far I'm very happy with everything except the cheap corded mouse.

The elderly it was bought for has fallen in love with his computer. He has been able to get around it with no help from me most times.

Great all-in-one desktop computer. Set up was a breeze. Bought a better keyboard and mouse, as the one that came with this seemed a bit cheap. Overall, excellent computer for the price.

This was purchased for a church office (w/ Office 365 software) use and Skype-type communications internationally. It is zippy with an excellent screen with good off axis viewing. Colors are vibrant without being overdriven. The keyboard is a bit "basic" and thin, but the key play is acceptable. The icons and text are clear and sharp in the latest version of Win 10, build 1903. If you wanted to do any serious gaming...a better keyboard would be desired. Excellent value, especially on sale. If not for the keyboard, the overall rating would be excellent. The camera shutter is not as clever as the pop up unit on other brands, but just as effective. Reasonable "bloatware", easily removed.

This pc is really great for anyone who wants an all in one pc! It has a i3 processor, fast ssd drive and 8gb of ram, good for anyone needing a budget pc for school, work and play!

I had been leery about purchasing an all-in-one as I had read good and not so good reviews. This by far was an excellent choice! No set up involved, just plug it in and go!
