This monitor has a very clear picture, and has a slim design. When comparing computer monitors, this particular monitor was a better price and higher quality. I would recommend this for anyone buying a desktop.

I needed a small monitor to fit my computer table space. This monitor fits beautifully and provides the resolution I was seeking. Sleek in design and so easy to install. Perfect!

Needed to replace my inoperative computer monitor, it just died on me. Went online to Best Buy to find a replacement monitor and this one had good reviews and the price was right, also on sale ($60.00 Off!) Checked availability at my local Best Buy and headed on down. In-store price was slightly higher but the sales rep matched the online sale price, no problems. This monitor does not have built-in speakers (which I didn't need), so if you don't have outboard speakers don't get this monitor.

I love my new monitor. My previous monitor was about 8 years old, and needed to be replaced. I bought this to go with my new computer, purchased the same day. It is perfect for my needs, and fits the space I had availble exactly. I would get this very one again.

I shopped (as always) for a good deal on an LED IPS monitor in the 21-24'' range. Really liked the look of this monitor and even more so now that it's on my desk. Having a non-glare screen is a huge plus for me as well. The reviews were good and they were right. Do yourself a favor and buy this if you are thinking about it, especially if you can get it for $120 or less. I use it for a larger display for my MacBook Pro and the monitor is only slightly less amazing than the Retina display on the MBP. Mainly text, but some surfing and maintaining church website.

This screen is very clear and easy on the eyes. I've used it for a week now, and I'm on the computer most of the day. No built in speakers though.

Got it home and replaced my Acer within 20 minutes. I used a VGA cable (not provided) to connect the monitor because my older HP PC does not support HDMI (cable included). Control settings allow you to really fine tune this monitor for your particular needs - text, gaming, movies, etc. including brightness, contrast, and sharpness with intuitive operations. I never looked at a manual. I purchased a $35 VGA to HDMI cable just in case but it was totally unnecessary so it's going back for a refund. Do not allow BB to talk you into buying one because "you will get best visual quality". The sales associate did not do that with me - I asked for it just as a precaution in case I was not satisfied with the VGA cable. Again, if you already have the HDMI port on your PC, this does not apply.

This well-priced monitor provides clear images with a small footprint. Easy to install and operate, it seamlessly integrates with my pc.

Was having difficulty seeing fine print on on the lap top monitor. Purchased this HP monitor and now can wiz thru emails and and Excel sheets with ease. Simple to connect and fits easily on my desk top.

My old monitor lasted a long time but is in the process of losing its color. I purchased a 23 inch LED HP monitor. It provides a nice sharp picture on a reasonably good sized screen. It was easy to install. I'm glad to have another quality H.P. product for my computer system (existing Pavilion computer and OfficeJet printer).

Turned on my PC one morning and 'poooff' went the monitor. Off to best buy, purchased this HP monitor, plugged it in and off we went! No issues at all and much better definition than my old monitor.

I recently replaced my old (2008) HP computer and 19" screen with this 23" monitor along with the HP ENVY computer. As a photographer, I look for picture quality when I look at monitors, and this screen had the sharpness and good contrast I like along with a non-glare surface, although I am not a fan of edge-lit LED TV's, but this is a bit better than most, but don't expect deep blacks because you won't find them here. Overall I'd rate this screen / monitor as a great buy at the sale price of $120.00, to me it looked much better than the other screens anywhere near and well above it price point, I seem to prefer HP screens over the others almost every time I compare, I wonder...

If you're looking for a quality, name brand monitor at a great price, this HP is it. At 23", it's a perfect second monitor for a laptop. The design is simple and elegant, with an easy to assemble base, which allows the (very thin and light) monitor to tilt to your liking. The controls are easy to use, with several modes to easily adjust brightness. It comes with a HDMI cable, so it's ready to go right out of the box. It's a perfect add-on for my HP Envy 15.6" laptop. Love it!
