getting use to new larger screen and everything else that is new.....so far doing okay getting used to a touch screen too that is very different and a cordless mouse,,,,,wow...

This All-in-One has everything we could want and need. The picture is great and the processor is really fast. We really appreciated the Best Buy Associate's assistance and recommendation.

The larger screen, so clear, is far superior, to my previous “All in one”...so much easier on these old eyes..and the menu is easier to use. Very satisfied with solid quality.

My last all in one HP computer lasted me 8 years. So I thought I would try it again. So far I am satisfied for the what I need it for email, correspondence, etc. Fair and reasonable price.

One question and this not only to this computer, but to most of them. WHY, is there simply not some form of instructions that come with the unit other than telling you it must be plugged in? Something basic that would apply to most similar computers! Where else can you spend nearly $1,000 and get zero instructions?? Can you name one other product than comes with no instructions? I can't understand why the US government has't yet gone after these products! They nearly knit pick nearly every other product being sold to the consumer!! Last comment, if the cost of the instructions is an issue, then at least offer the instructions as an option to buy!

Really easy to set up! Had no problem whatsoever and didn’t even have to call the grandchild for help! Easy to set up and easy to use. Can’t ask for more. And the price was good

We bought this computer for the family room. We love the touch screen. Use it to pay bills, check email and work on the kids school work. It suits our needs perfectly.

For the price you couldn’t beat it. The sales person helped me out packaged it up and I was home doing my work. I bought it for my business only and it works out awesome.

My mom needed a new laptop and this one was perfect for someone who wants to just email and surf the internet. It has a great display screen and is very easy to use.

Always liked Hewlett-Packard computers, they are good price for great value and last Longer than other brands I’ve had. Hopefully this will last at least 15 years like the others...

So far so good. I'm really loving the touch screen, it makes it easier for me to use. I am 73yrs old and still learning how to use it but it seems easy enough.

I love not having a tower and extra wires to worry about - . it is a welcome investment and overdue!

Worked well out of the box. It was an easy set up and has continued to perform well. It loads very quickly on startup and toggles from various websites quickly too.

I recommend this computer to anyone that's looking for a cheap computer it is easy to navigate easy to operate and easy to navigate therefore by all means buy this computer.

It is acceptable for browsing the web, zoom calls etc nothing super taxing. That said be warned charge port deteriorates rather fast and that is without removing t he cord much.

Purchased this desktop for my 9 year old for his remote learning and it was a breeze setting it up. My son can easily navigate it and it’s awesome for his games. Great Buy!
