Nice package, fast PC

It was uncomplicated and stylish, but I wanted memory increased from 8GB to 16, as was possible according to the sales info. However when I checked it in with the Geek Squad, they recommended it not be opened as the plastic packaging wasn't obvious as to how it should be opened and might be damaged, so I elected not to upgrade the memory. Therefore, this system might last a few years but will run out of gas (i.e. memory) before long due to Microsoft's incessant thirst for more memory for their products. Because of this, I only give this system 4 stars.

We went in looking for a laptop but were directed to consider this all-in-one at a lower price than the laptops that would meet our needs. It's actually nearly as portable as a laptop (at least as far as our needs go). I would have liked for the machine to also have a hard drive, but you can always add an external drive. It's fast and screen resolution is very good.

Unbelievable screen size

The touchscreen is so helpful as well. Using it for work at home and I just may request this for my office.
