I bought this to replace a previous HP all in one computer that had a failing hard drive. Admittedly, the previous one was more expensive, but this computer has several serious drawbacks. The screen is fine, and the speed is also OK. However, the wireless keyboard is of the 'compact' variety, meaning it is not full size and it is missing keys that a touch typist counts on. For instance, the lower right typically has a key that is either a period or delete. This one is only a period. The labeling on the keys is tiny and cramped. The wireless mouse looks and feels cheap. Perhaps the worst aspect of the computer is that it is so poor in accomplishing the daily tasks we engage in during the pandemic: Its processor is so poor that it cannot support virtual backgrounds in Zoom. So if you use video, your only choice of background is your own room, whereas even IPhone users can access visual effects. The sound on the computer is also very poor: people tell me that I sound fuzzy and that it is hard to understand me when I am in a Zoom meeting. I would not buy this computer again if I knew what I was sacrificing for a lower price.

The assistance and services were great considering the Holiday and Pandemic. The only glich was the purchased software was not loaded onto the new computer when delivered to the store. That took another service appointment which was accomplished in the couple hours and an apology . The technicians and sales people were all helpful and polite

For the most part, this computer is great. However, I don't like the keyboard and mouse. The keys are too small and too close together, and I do a lot of typos because of that. Also, the F keys at the top are combined with other keys making it impossible to use the F keys as shortcuts. The mouse is too wide and the edge is a little sharp and is starting to make my fingers sore on my right hand; the edge could be rounded a little more. I am using the keyboard and mouse from my older computer.

Its a pretty good computer, I like that I can move it easily. sometimes makes a noise. Other then that its pretty great.
