One thing that I do not care for is the MOUSE that you have to buy batteries for! I also am not sure if I have to purchase batteries for the keyboard. Since the store only had l of these on display and it was not hooked up to the internet...they could not give me a demostration the day we looked at this All-In-One. We had to order this before we realized what was all involved.

Great for price! Does everything I need it to do. Easy set up and very lightweight.

Because of the virus this purchase was not as easy as when I bought my phone in Feb 2020. I miss the one on one teaching. But your Geek did give me a good phone number and I was able to download my old Windows outlook. So I saved 50.00 a year on the 365 plan(which I would only use a little).

Setup was very easy and the speed was great. It was perfect for my work from home job.

Unfortunately It broke and throwed it out forgot I could return it and get a new one but when I had it’s pretty good does not run good for gaming but I use GeForce now and it’s good but Best Buy should try there best to put it back at stock.

This computer is fast, easy to use and convenient. I like it because it does not take up too much space and it make completing work task a breeze. I would definitely recommend purchasing this computer for basic access to a computer around the house and for the office.

I went to Best Buy because I needed guidance to purchase a new computer. Unfortunately, my budget was smaller than most but the Best Buy 'advisor' took the time to ask the right questions and together we found the 'right' computer for me. Thanks and great job, Best Buy! Scott

Only one plug eeded for this unit! No more messy wires! It comes with a rare wireless keyboard and mouse. The back of the screen has 4 USB ports. There IS CD access also at the back of the screen. I love it so much, I bought one for my husband too. Great price as well!

Excellent so far. Best Buy staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right computer for my needs. Geek squad got it set up and ready to go. Through the years, they have always been extremely helpful with all of our families purchases.

So far I have found it to be a good product. It was somewhat easy to setup.

I like the additional desk space I get and the larger display is really nice.

This is a great computer for the price. It is fast and reliable. I bought it so I could start online college classes and it’s worked perfectly for my needs. The only thing I’m not crazy about is how noisy it is. I thought the noise was my air conditioner at first because it was so loud. Thankfully I usually have a small desk fan on but without the fan the noise is quite distracting.
