Great value for the price, all in one and requires less space.

all I needed easy to setup only one step not very clear

My computer was 12 years old, everyone told me that I should get a laptop. I know I wanted a desktop and I LOVE IT! Takes up very little space and the mix and speakers are strong I don’t live the silver stand but it’s still a great purchase

Bought for my wife, who is not a heavy computer user, so the 4mb memory is not a factor. The All-In-One unit has an integral disk reader/writer, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a very adequate hard drive. And, HP is one of my favorites.

Overall this computer is ok for light usage (internet, email, etc.). Very light compared to my previous all-in-one. The only major thing I noticed was that this machine is noisy. Although its a moderate humming, but it can get rather bothersome. Not sure if it’s normal.

Everyone at the Kenosha WI store has been very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me set up with a new PC, from selecting a new computer and printer to getting it all set up for me, to explaining everything very clearly.

This unit has a constant buzz. I thought it would be quiet for a brand new machine. Set up isnt all that intuitive. I bought it because i thought it waa good value. Your probably better off spending a bit more. Its ok just thought it would be better.

we really do not need much memory or hardware. The screen is great and has everything you need. The camera can actually be tucked away too, which i like, i dont need anyone hacking into my system seeing me be a boring nerd

We use this to train students at the Juanita Craft Teen Tech Center in Dallas, TX to build computer skills, such as video editing and graphic design. Its a wonderful product. Thank you to Best Buy for your support

Requested a house call from geek squad and Cody could not make it work either. Cody did not have one with him. With a HP mouse from our previous HP computer, Cody was able to complete the set up. Disappointed in new mouse, Very pleased with house call. Cody came to set set up 3 years ago to set our wireless HP printer

Does everything I need it to do for my small business. I can always count on HP to offer a quality product. This is my second purchase of an HP all-in-one in the last 2 years.

this is the second one that we have owned first one was destroyed doing bios update and having power failure in the middle of update was happy with first purchase so bought the same thing due to space requirements on desk

I bought a new personal computer recently and received the most wonderful assistance from the sales associate. The tech support to upload programs on my new computer was also excellent. Great job everyone!
