    I’ve only had this for a month, mouse started freezing up after about 3 weeks. Tech support was good but after 3rd service call the keyboard and mouse were replaced. Less than one week later the mouse and keyboard locked up. After a half hour on the phone the tech wanted to reset the bios which would take another half hour, at least. I declined. The next day I started losing internet connection, called and opened a new case. The connection to the tech was awful, very choppy and hard to understand. After 25 minutes she asked her supervisor and they decided to restore to a prior date said it would take at least half an hour and I could lose some data. I declined and asked when they would send a functioning machine and pay for apps I had purchased and loaded...no answer. We’ll see hat happens. Not a happy consumer.
