The first time this computer came by mail it was damage. The store was quick to fix my problem and order me a new one. Honestly, the computer is great. It simply to use and it runs pretty fast for its price.

I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase of the HP All-In-One computer. I'd been using a Lenovo, my first all-in-one, since 2014, and it was finally starting to act its age. I've always purchased HP printers, but this is my first purchase of a HP Computer. It has all the features I was wanting, plus so much more,. As luck would have it, I just happened to be in the right place at the right time to find this computer in-store at open-box price. I was also lucky enough to have a salesperson show me this computer and point out all of the features it had over the Lenovo I had been interested in. This size fits on my computer stand and the screen is picture perfect.

I really like it. It was a breeze to set up and most of the functions work fine. I love the large screen. I have had some difficulty with the DVD drive. I load a blank disc to record music but the system indicates the disc is full. Hoping I can figure it out without having to return it.

This HP with the AMD Ryzen is an incredible machine. Fast, efficient, and very affordable. It offers great value and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a replacement or even first time owners!

We purchased this computer at our local BestBuy just last week. The screen is big and brright, the colors are vibrant. The computer is very smooth and easy to operate. So happy we chose this product.

I have a Dell with a bigger screen and some other features than really slow it down. This HP has all the same data on it and is still really fast. Way better than Dell for around 1/2 the price.

Needed something for work-at-home (software testing) and for some entertainment. This HP fits the bill without busting the budget. Speed, screen size and display all great, without a tower.

I purchased this for my 89-year old Dad and shipped it directly to him. With just one hour of assistance from a local tech guy, his data was fully moved over and he was all set up. He did have some difficulty with the wireless mouse and keyboard that came with it, which the tech guy had working when he left. Dad just switched back to the keyboard and mouse he'd had with his old PC and all was well again. I like the built-in webcam (we Zoom a lot, which bridges the distance and enables me to be his remote tech support) and I especially like that it recesses in when not in use, so I don't worry about him being spied on by a hacker. I splurged to upgrade to a solid state drive because he lives in CA and I didn't want him to lose everything if there were a quake and it crashed. I feel very good about this purchase, it was a good price and good quality and very easy to use right out of the box. Dad is very happy and therefore, so am I.

Buying this computer was another great investment, especially since working from home. The monitor is a perfect, size set up was easy and it was reasonably priced. I’m impressed so far.

This all-in-one pc is really amazing. It's has a large screen so I do not have to strain my eyes. It runs fast for what I use it for: Microsoft Office, emails, internet browser.

Super easy set up right out the box. It has worked great for school and work. Pretty fast. The webcam isn’t the best, but that’s my only complaint if I have to have one.
