This HP Desktop is exactly what I needed. It is not only nice and modern looking, but is easy to set up. The price point was excellent and I couldn't be happier.

Purchased just in case we had to school from home due to COVID for the kids. Luckily mine were able to attend school but i absolutely love having a desk top again. I don’t use the touch screen but it’s nice to have. Everything about it is perfect.watch out though when assembling bc the keyboard comes with a tiny chip for Bluetooth hook up. I almost tossed the packaging out with out getting that tiny chip because i didn’t even notice it in there.

I told myself i would never go HP but because I was in a pinch with options I decided to go this route. Surprisingly I ended up falling in love with it. Easy to use and simple enough for a toddler to use as well. Because its touch screen my kiddo is able to use this. I am pretty tech savvy but I needed something for work and personal use. The price is a bit steep but the fact that I don't need an actual tower is great. Again I only use this for work and simple stuff @ home like bill pay or shopping so I didn't really need a whole lot

I liked your salesperson who sold me the computer. Delivery was good and it was set up right. The only problem I have is in the beginning I could not pay any payments to bring my balance down because Citibank who you deal with and best buy were not on the same page. Plus when I call Citibank, I'm always talking to Filipinos. But the staff inside the store were great. There was a time when you guys were closed during the pandemic, you had a guy outside who was taking curbside orders. Well that guy was an idiot. full of drama. Hopefully the next guy won't be as ignorant.

I purchased this for the entire family to use, and it's great! Unlike desktops of years past, this one takes very little space. I love the fact that there is no tower or a million cords to figure out to set it up. After a quick update, it was out of the box and ready to use within 20 minutes! Super easy, even the youngest ones can figure it out. We also were able to set up multiple users on it so that each person has their own settings that didn't carry over to everyone and was personalized. Overall a great product and easy to use.

Purchased for school during lockdown. Very easy setup. The touch screen is a huge bonus for kids. No issues with the system, user friendly.

I purchased this all in one a few weeks ago and it has definitely been so easy to operate. Beginning with opening the box, it is an all in one so everything is packed so nothing was broken. It lifted out all together with stand in place. It is everything the description said. Just right for my needs. The only reason for 4 stars is the keyboard. The keyboard just sits flat. Personal preference only here but it could be a little more comfortable to use. Other than that it is really a very nice computer for the price I paid and for my needs.. i spend up to 12 hours working and using it for keying invoices only. It helps me to do the work fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend. Only Usb style connections and a HDMI PORT in the back.

Love it love the touch screen love the pop up camera love the sound of movies and videos good speed and can't beat the wireless keyboard and mouse.
