It has a blue screen issue just 20 days after I bought it b/c I did not open the box until then. Therefore, I couldn't send it back to Bestbuy. Now HP has it back to be repaired in Texas and everything is delayed by snow storm. Please, test any electronic ASAP after you buy it.

I'm very happy with the speed and reliability of this computer. The 12 GB RAM makes it go through tasks very quickly, the hard drive is extremely quiet, and the Ryzen processor completely does the trick. I did prefer the slightly deeper color tones of my previous Dell's monitor, but not all the crashing and failure to find the hard drive was subject to! Still, it's a true high def monitor and the picture is crystal clear. I'm not a gamer so I can't speak to that, but even with lots of screens open this computer works quickly and well and I have not had any problems at all with it. I would certainly not pay a premium to get an Intel processor. If the 256GB hard drive scares you, just compute how many hours and hours of videos you would need to fill it. The computer guys at work always tell me to get lots of RAM, a solid state hard drive, and to go with a high resolution monitor. This computer does it all. One big drawback: no built-in dvd drive, but so few all-in-ones have them these days anyway.

So far I am very pleased with this all in one PC. It performs very well and the screen is huge and really vibrant, but fits nicely in my work from home space. Touch screen is really cool, and you also receive Cortana which you can communicate with via voice commands. Very fast processor and love the fact there's no bulky drive, this offers a very sleek modern design. The small downside is the constant low buzzing sound when in use. At first I didn't think I was going to be able to deal, but now I don't notice as much!

I was nervous about switching to a desktop after using a laptop as a primary computer for the longest time. I am constantly on the go. But after a month of (extreme) use, I am happy to say I am 100% satisfied and happy with my decision to upgrade to this All-In-One! I still use my laptop when traveling, but it connects and transfers what I need with ease. This computer is great. Easy to use, sleek design, lots of storage, very fast! The picture is excellent, and all of my adobe applications work well!

I love my HP - AMD Ryzen All-in-One! Kinda wish it wasn't a touch screen, but for playing casual online card games (like Blizzard's Hearthstone) I'll admit it is really cool. This computer wishes it could melt steel beams, but without a LAN cable it seems most non-5g WiFi doesn't really want to be fast enough for its AMD processor; sometimes she wants to lag on me. The main downside of an all-in-one, y'know? (Well... *really*, this is a non-5g wi-fi problem (geographical to me), not an AMD Ryzen 5 problem. When I'm LAN she is quick as hell.) I love this All-In-One so much though, despite its slight issues, it really is an enjoyable and pretty desktop computer. The only REAL down-side is Best Buy's fault -- the computer itself wasn't factory reset. So I had to go through the headache inducing process of Factory Resetting it myself to remove some random person's Microsoft account from it. Dumb.

I’ve had this computer a few weeks now and have to say, I love it! Haven’t had any problems at all. Set up was so easy. I read some reviews that said the fan was loud, I must be lucky because so far mine is very quiet. Beautiful screen, very fast and the touch screen is so nice. Love the bundle set with the wireless keyboard and mouse too. Hoping this computer lasts me a long time!

I picked this up due to a recommendation from a colleague. We are working from home and my laptop was not cutting it. The interface is very updated. The touch screen ability makes everything easier with documents and signatures. This is an incredibly fast machine as well. I need to look into the storage a bit more since im getting an alert that my storage space is getting full. I do not currently have all the details why yet, but that may be something to look into.

Bought this computer as a work from home solution for a small work space. Would have loved a slightly bigger screen but this size was affordable and definitely bigger than the laptop. Easy, one-plug setup. Love, love the sleek design and wireless keyboard and mouse. Would definitely recommend for a home office.

LOVE IT! So glad I went back to a desktop I cannot use laptops! I have ADD so having a desktop keeps me in one place and focused with a laptop I just move around take my laptop everywhere and pretend I’m doing my work but I end getting to distracted ... and end up doing nothing! This is beautiful, fast and easy to use! I love the keyboard it’s such a space saver compared to the old school.. and the touch screen is awesome when I need to tap something fast and my mouse is somewhere under all my books... and no space to move it around (I have a small desk) ... anyway get it guys u will not regret it! Worth every penny! oh and the size of the screen is perfect!!! I complained at first thinking I don’t need such a big screen but when I need to pages up at the same time it’s perfect!!! So glad I’m genuinely happy all around! :)

I needed another bigger-screen desktop, designated for a certain purpose (market trading). This fit the bill very nicely from a price vs. performance/quality perspective. So, while I can't attest to a variety of multi-functional uses, I can say that the machine is fast, the monitor is plenty big, bright and clear and it does what I need it to do well (mostly browser-related online work). Because I haven't gone deeper into its full functionalities, I stopped short of a 5-star rating. But I really have been nothing but pleased with this purpose.

This is a beautiful computer out of the box large screen 23.8 compared to 21.5 iMac I went back and forth on what to buy but I’m glad I bought this. The same Ram here is 12 the iMac only 8 and this has a ssd drive... if u Put this into an iMac it would be $2000 so this a much better deal... works really fast and a very big a bright screen. Speakers sound great, and there is a handy slide out camera and microphone on the top of the computer. Thank you HP on making a very nice product

Bought On Sale at Best Buy to replace a slow AIO. Occasionally makes a fan-like sound that is negligible in the house library. Gets regular moderate use from (3) community members who use it for some word processing, some email, web browsing, and social media. I am the so-called "tech guru" for the community so I check on it regularly for software updates. We like it.

This is my first Touch Screen and my first AMD chip product. It's very fast and provides a great view. It has several USB ports and was easy to setup. I also like the wireless keyboard and mouse that came with it. This was definitely a good purchase. I also took advantage of the Best Buy 18 months no interest credit plan. All in all, I'm very pleased.

I set up computers for my clients. This is one of the nicest and quickest all in one desktops that I have recently purchased and set up. The Ryzen 5 is very quick and probably equal to an intel i7 chipset. The screen display is beautiful and the touch screen funcion very responsive. I totally recommend this in the $750 range.

I got this for working at home and it's great!! Setting up was super easy and the screen is huge and does everything I need it to do. It has no problem running the programs I need either and it's super fast. The keyboard and mouse are amazing- I have no regrets and even told my friends and coworkers to get this as well!

This computer is very easy to use. The touch screen is a nice feature to have and enables easy selection and fast viewing of choices. Its has a small profile which enables optimization of the amount of space needed. I replaced my laptop with the PC and it takes up much less space. I would recommend this product.

Bought this for a new work from home position. So far (2 weeks into work), it’s met all the system requirements and has run super smoothly. It’s extremely quiet. Screen is incredible. Super easy set up! I am THRILLED with this purchase. Nicest computer I’ve owned to date.

I needed a new computer and this was recommended. I have enjoyed it non stop, is fast and super easy to set. Love the screen, no glare and touch. The camera is ok but it does the job, the sound is good. I have really enjoyed this computer. Highly recommended!
