My old one was an HP (2207h) also, and had a very good display. This one is bigger, and newer, so it should be better right? No. The colors aren't as good, and it seems overall to not be as good of a display as my older one. If I had to do it again, I think I would have reconsidered, especially since I was only buying it for the convenience of having a second monitor. Although I would recommend this monitor, it could be better as far as the picture goes. My particular monitor was made in communist China for US based HP.

When I edit photos, the screen looks a bit pixelated. I do wish it was possible to tilt the monitor, but you can't have everything for this price
