I had very limited time to find a monitor since I had just purchased a Surface Dock and my old monitor was in no way, shape or form compatible with it even with adapters. It has very accurate color reproduction, and the pixel density is about as good as you'll get at this price point. If you're going to be doing graphic arts work though, spring for something more high end, but for most everything else this will be great.
