144 hertz was enough in early 2020 for a console gamer, so it was perfect at the time & even still in 2022. It did have one bad pixel practically straight out of the box, but it was unnoticeable while playing games. Eventually returned before my Geek Squad plan expired.

This monitor is by far the best one ai have ever owned. The quality in incredible, easy to set up, has the best picture I have ever seen, and can easily be adjusted to any situation with ease. I would recommend this monitor to anyone!

Easy setup, fabulous picture, adaptive sync works well w/RTX cards ( only over DisplayPort 1.2 ), BUT - if you experience some random flickering don't give up hope. The HDMI cable that comes with the monitor isn't the best cable for this product. I was experiencing random flickering in windowed applications and on some U-tube web pages. I needed to use a display port cable to enable G-sync on my Graphics card anyways so I though I would see if a good display port cable would fix the flickering in the process. Yes, the display port 1.2 cable eliminated all flickering and paired well with my graphics cards. I will give this product a 5 star because the monitor works great, unfortunately the HDMI cable is not a good fit for the Hp. 25x. I recommend replacing HDMI cable with Display port 1.2 for expected performance.

The monitor is outstanding quality both performance and picture. Heavy duty base and fully adjustable with 180⁰ tilt as a vertical screen option. Fantastic for the price. At 144hz and under $200 with 1080p it can't be beat!

Absolute amazing monitor for pretty much anything you want to do. I have it hooked up to my Xbox One X, and it looks incredible. Great picture quality and doesnt lag a bit. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable gaming monitor.

I purchased this monitor as I am working from home for the next few weeks and it was on sale for $100 off. After getting it setup and using it for a few days, I would have purchased a 2nd for my wife but it is no longer on sale. It was easy to setup and connect with HDMI cable to my laptop and the adjustable height and ability to rotate are nice features. I am not a gamer so I can't comment on high speed movement on this monitor but videos and everyday use is excellent and I would recommend this monitor to your everyday user as I believe it has you covered for a number of years as things advance.

I actually really liked this monitor just used it for multimedia and Xbox. It didn’t have enough hdmi ports for my use case but the picture and build quality really keeps it on my high regards.

This is a great monitor. My daughter is using it for her gaming and the rate on this is perfect for what she is doing. Easy set up and the colors are nice on it. NO fade or shadows at all!

Awesome monitor for the price. Very solid piece, the center structure moves up and down very smoothly and stays in place. Extra lighting isnt too bright which is good for late night gaming.

Very nice 144hz monitor. If you're looking for a budget monitor then this is it. Only thing I don't care for is the Green things on the monitor. In the image it sort of appears that the green sections all light up, but it's just in the middle. It's fine, not worried about that. It's kind of growing on me since I've been using it today. It doesn't automatically go to 144hz - I had to go into the settings of the monitor and switch it to 144hz. But it's very simple and not difficult at all. The adjustable height is very nice as well. Raises very high and goes low as well. Have experienced no issue with the monitor since using it today.

The 144hz refresh rate is fantastic. This is a great monitor. The color is very full and the customization for the picture is very detailed. I would recommend buying on sale, though.

This monitor is a powerhouse! The graphics are amazing, the refresh rate is outstanding, and the color is vibrant! Definitely worth the extra money to upgrade!

This is actually a really amazing montior!!! For starters it has many options for the screen display, for instance, if you want to play video games on it, there is a setting on it called AMD Freesync which allows you to play video games with ease and not much delay on the screen which is an amazing thing!! Also you can change the setting for watching movies as well!! Another great feature that comes with this monitor is that your able to turn the screen itself vertically which is a plus for people who need it for things like animating, drawing, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone one who is looking to buy a monitor at a good price!!!

Best performance with one of the best prices! I looked at many popular sites which review monitors and I would have to agree that this monitor is nice. The amount you pay is a bargain. I have one of the top gaming monitors on the market by Asus and this HP keeps up with it. My only negative is it had no audio type cable with it which I was surprised since it has on board audio and HP normally provides all its newer monitors with optional cable configuration. If I known this HP monitor performed as well as it did before I purchased my other higher ranked monitor I would of saved my money and purchased another HP.

I picked up a HP Pavilion 27xw monitor for my older (but still great desktop I share with my wife). It's the upgrade that makes sense - like adding more memory or a bigger, faster hard drive this monitor just made sense. At 27 inches it's just the right size to do anything we've displayed with it whether it's blogging or scanning the web or communicating with the employer's server it does the job very well - bigger. The desktop is an HP Pavilion too (as you might have guessed) and we've had considerable luck with HP. So we thought we'd splurge on a larger monitor. Good value and complements the "work-horse" desktop well.

Got this on sale for 175 dollars, for the price and features this monitor is amazing. Huge upgrade from 60hz

I have 3 of these monitors, the 144hz refresh rate is great if you have a PC that can put out the frames. Doesn't get hot. Easy customizability with the settings. No built in speakers which is a huge plus who needs those. Colors are very good too.

They say that going from gaming at 60hz to 144hz is a magical experience, and I would be inclined to agree now having experienced that. !Word of advice! When I first got this monitor up and running, it was set at 60hz and I had to do a little research in order to change it to what was advertised because...that's windows. Right click on your home screen Display settings>Advanced display settings>displace adapter properties>monitor>change to 144hz Overall, very happy with this purchase!
