This is my very first all-in-one desktop computer/monitor. I work in healthcare and having dual monitors is a must. I have this product on my roll around beside table/desk. I also rolled it outside, for a change of scenery while drinking my coffee in the morning. The fact that everything is combined in one is an awesome feature. I also have an office stationary desk and plan on trading in my CPU and dual monitors to use towards the purchase of another one, I'm hoping this product will be a black Friday sale. I may purchase a total of (3)... Product downfall, for me, I would want the monitor size to be larger, especially when having multiple medical records on one screen at the same time. The keyboard isn't soft to touch, but I have purchased a separate keyboard to resolve that issue. I highly recommend this purchase, more so that it's white.

LOVE this. Runs like a champ, FAST. Nice big, clear screen, and the height is adjustable, easier on the neck.

Love it; only real issue is having the usb on back of monitor & it is little awkward getting to it but this is a great computer!

I bought this computer to run excel & other school apps and it is GREAT. It is very easy to use and i love the touchscreen, it has a camera and is extremely fast. The only thing i would change would be the mouse, it lags a bit but i just plugged in a new one. Overall definitely worth it if your a student or head of household

Replaced my Dad's 10 year AIO computer with the HP 27C-1063 last month. Larger and more vibrant screen, Warp faster processor, and wireless mouse and keyboard are just some the upgrades he's experienced. While not the most advanced model (series 2 version of processors are just beginning to be stocked) this AOI will absolutely handle everything you can throw at it - with the exception of serious gamers. Definitely a good buy.

It did not take long to set up the computer. I like the adjustable stand of the computer and its touch screen options. This helps when you have different sizes, space and open space on a computer desk.

I DO like it. HAD to buy a new one that could handle WIN 11. SUPER pleased that WIN 11 wasn't the nightmare I expected--I had WIN 10 forever. A SUPER EASY transition. GEEK SQUAD gave me some pointers. Seems like it's FASTER--didn't compare specs to my old HP Pavillion. Even scrolling thru my bookmarks is faster. I DON"T like that the screen doesn't TILT and that the DISC Drive WAS DELETED. The speakers/sound sys. is Realtec(R)Audio. NOT as good as the B&O sound on my old Pavillion;m IMHO. I do like that it raises/lowers.

We Purchased the hp-27" Touch-Screen All in One with adjustable Height Intel Core Ultra 7 when the laptop we were using for 10 years gave out. The size of the screen and the adjustability makes it easy for both my Husband and I to use it - I'm a little shorter than him! lol the cordless keyboard and mouse keeps my desk top free of clutter. We love our upgrade and would recommend as a great buy.

I bought this to replace an old HP all-in-one running Windows 10 that wouldn't let me update to 11, plus had a mechanical hard drive that took forever to boot up. This boots up in under a minute and is quiet. I'm not a gamer so this has more than enough speed to do average stuff. I'm happy with that aspect of it. A couple of things not the best- the stand that holds the screen onto the base is kinda wobbly if you're trying to adjust the screen but not a problem once you get it set. Another thing I don't like is all the plug-ins are in the back of the computer. So if you need to plug in a cord or stick you have to reach around or under to plug it in, then have to hold onto it because of that wobbly base. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and got it on sale $200 off.

Excellent computer! My daughter needed a computer that is fast, lots of storage and cosmetically beautiful so we chose this one and is very happy.

Best feature is the non-reflective matte-finish screen. Everything works. Looks nice, Height adjustable feature is good.

Great value. Very happy with the speed and resolution. Starting using it for work from home and have been very pleased with the overall performance.

The integrated camera and adjustable height make are a plus. The monitor is wobbly and feels insecure. There is no way to adjust it. It shakes repeatedly if its bumped or if you bump into the desk. I am concerned with picture and video quality if this happened when camera is in use. So far it has not been a problem. The speed and functionality of the computer is good, and the 27 inch monitor is a plus. I am only giving 4 stars because of the seemingly fragile monitor connection.

I was looking at this product in the store when an HP representative named Shwetha came up to me and described some of the products features to me. I was trying to choose between a Dell and HP product. She did not push the HP product and merely described the pros and cons of each. I did not intend to buy that day - I was merely looking and I told her I was considering an out of the box purchase for the discount. She then went online on her phone and showed me one in excellent condition for a great price. I ended up buying the HP product out of the box online in the store. She asked if I needed Microsoft 365 and I said I could order that at home online and she told me I could save money by buying it through Best Buy. I later came back to the store and asked about printers and she showed me an HP product and explained the features. Thanks so much for all your help in the store Shwetha! Much appreciated!

Easy to setup. Touch screen is a plus. Runs pretty fast with loading webpages. About to purchase another one for my home office! Highly recommend.
