I am very happy with my HP-27" Touch-Screen All-in-one personal PC. I am not a laptop user so this desktop has all the features I need and i love all the new space I have as an all-in-one product, no bulkiness. I'm sure there are still things to discover, as I've only had it for a short time. Looking forward to all the adventures.

Fast delivery, great packaging, and an easy setup. Transferring from my previous device was seamless, and it meets all of my business and personal needs. I’m really pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

I'm very, very disappointed about this computer. The mouse and the keyboard gets disconnected all the time and when I put it on sleep mode and I want to use it again it doesn't do anything until I unplug the cord or I turn it complete off and turn on again and of course I have to reconnect the mouse and the keyboard and another problem is that the store give me less than 30 days to return witch is not fair because this is NOT a cheap computer and I didn't know

I needed a new PC and purchased this one. Great reviews and excellent price. Easy setup and very fast. I hope to get many years out of this one.

This HP All-in-One exceeded expectations. It boots fast, runs cool, and the touch screen is a nice bonus. I use it for finance tracking, browsing, and occasional creative work. The adjustable stand is a game-changer—more comfortable than I expected. Great value for the specs.

Love the size, clarity of screen, and ease of use. My previous A-i-O died (motherboard died) after only 2 1/2 years, but hopefully this one will last longer!

I am very pleased with my desktop computer. The new features are easy to use. The 27" screen is easy to see. I don't have to wear my glasses.

Very happy with my purchase. The PC is easy to set up an use. I had it shipped to my house and it arrived very well packaged that ensured no damage occurred in the shipping process. Great to have a new All in One with the latest software and functionality.

So far works good haven't put any large programs yet but the basics are working fine. Ill know more later after linger use.

As soon as this item was delivered, my job gave me one for free with too monitors & a laptop. I no longer had the need to keep this wonderful computer, so I returned it to the store that I ordered it from.

Computer is fast. Screen size of 27" is easily readable. Best Buy was able to transfer all data form my old 'all-in-one' to the new computer w/o any problems.

For the computer it was good. Love the product so far. The sales person needs to tone it down. He doesn’t know everything and acts like he does.

The tower is built into the monitor. I love having the extra space. Screen is a great size. Love it

The screen is not as stable as I wish it was. The keyboard that comes with it is not as comfortable as my last one. It seems more compact. I will get a different one soon. It is much lighter that my previous All in One so I appreciate that.

After having an issue with an old computer I brought it in for repairs. They were able to fix the problem, but I needed a new computer. I purchased the HP-27 touch screen all in one AMD Ryzen 7, 32GB Mem - 1TB SSD and Best Buy Geek Squad transferred all of my info over to the new machine and set an hour appointment to make sure I had everything on my machine I asked for and go over any concerns. They were knowledgable, courteous and prompt. I do appreciate all the work they did to get me up and running. Thanks! Nancy

Works great - love that the screen can move up and down to adjust to each user.
