    I purchased this beautiful sleek HP monitor to replace a 10+ year old Samsung that had served me well. After approximately three months I started having problems with the controls at the bottom edge of the screen. Then the menu window started popping up in the middle of the screen randomly and could not be deactivated. After several discussions with HP representatives, they agreed to replace it under warranty. During final preparations to have the new monitor shipped to my home, the HP representative informed me that it would come in a generic cardboard box that would be marked refurbished, but that it really was a new unit. When I received the carton it was as described; however, it was very clear that this was not a new unit, but rather had been refurbished. While this replacement unit was in good condition, it's very disappointing that a company would replace a warranteed product with used refurbished unit and not be truthful about it. Who knows how many hours the screen has actually had on it.

    The monitor is very good. Nice and sleek design. But when installing the bottom mount, it doesn't clip on so it slides out whenever I need to move it.
