    The lady was very helpful. She made sure that everything was correct in the system. I was happy that the item was mailed directly to my home rather than making another trip to the store. I do not like to charge anything online, so I was able to pay cash.

    I have been buying HP printers and toner for as long as I can remember. I consider them reliable and only purchase genuine HP toner cartridges for my printers. I do wish that they weren't quite as expensive.
