    Decent office ink for the printer. This does tell me the ink is low and needs to be replaced when there is still ink inside the toner.

    Received the cartridge and is defective. The printer will not read it try to return and exchange, and they were refused. Best Buy used to be a good company.

    This was the wrong cartridge for my printer. I needed the 202A, not the 414A cartridge. Need a option to exchange for the right cartridge
