    Tri color turned out to be not compatible with my printer . First time that happened. Had to order a new one and get it fast.

    The ink cartridges work fine, and are easy to load. However, they are very, very expensive for how few copies they last. I have to buy a new black cartridge monthly, so the cost is excessive.

    the ink runs out quite often. I have found a large variety of pricing for this product so it requires shopping at many places for the lowest price. also there are some retailers who will discount the price if i bring my used ink cartridge

    The cartridges are very expensive. I asked if there was a discount for returning old, used ones, and they said no! Staples gives a discount for returns of used ones! Guess I'll buy at Staples next time.

    Nothing good or bad to say about Best Buy regarding this purchase. They had what I needed and I bought it. Only comment here to make is that the cost of printer ink is way too high everywhere!

    Really don't like inkjet because cost per copy is so high and print quality is always so-so. As soon as the printer dies, moving to a color laser now that prices are down.

    Any HP ink or any other Ink I have ever bought never seems to last even close to what they say it should , Pages wise , even on draft quality . I now only print list or copy things, I do not do photos on my printer anymore too expensive

    The ink was not working. Went to the store to exchange it and explain to them that this was my first time experiencing such thing. None of them were willing to exchange it. I spent $44 for an ink and no one was willing to accommodate me for the dry ink they sold me. I spent many thousands at best buy and showed them my Acount but no help.
