These are OEM HP ink cartridges, and as has been typical over the years, do not seem to hold very much ink. Bottom line is that the printers are cheap because the profit is in selling ink.

Not BB fault but made trip to buy two ink cartridges . School started it's Labor Day and I have to return one $60 ink...the cartridge was in blister pack is not functioning . Thank God other one is I'd be sunk I already have 2 papers due. Yes I can run them off at school probably cheaper but not the point. Why i was in HP ink program but never comes on time does not calculate paper usage real time . Gutenberg printing press might work I'll look on eBay . Just venting time money gas wasted . Wish could just email to professor more green.

Something has changed with the HP cartridges because they quit printing even thought the ink level says ink is still available; because of this I no longer buy XL cargridges.

I think HP ink is a little high priced since it doesn't really last all that long. Cost for both black & colored ink isn't too much less than buying a whole new printer.

The Product itself is fine. However, the quantity is insufficient for the price. The Best Buy price is typical or better than other retailers so my complaint is most likely directed to HP.

Meet need at the moment. Secondary printer in isolated location. Worked as needed. However, not very good for heavy printings need. Already showing low ink.

I bought this because at the time I was on a budget... I would by the big back if you can.

I'm not a prolific printer by any stretch, but I seem to go through printer cartridges quite a bit. I haven't tested it, but I don't think I'm getting the number of pages suggested by HP.

It seems that even though I don’t use my printer all that often when I do it tells me ink is low and before I know it changing out the cartridge once again
