I've used Many brands of printers over the years, but for quality and durability, I always seem to keep coming back to HP. Likewise, I have tried third-party toners and inks and re-manufactured cartridges to save a little money, but it seems that the quality was bad, or the color was off, or worse, that the inks or toners did damage to my printers. So now I stick with HP branded cartridges and toners for my HP printers. Since Best Buy beats the other retailers prices it's a no-brainer to order these big cartridges from Best Buy, even though they may not stock them in the local stores. I didn't request any special shipping or handling, but I had my toner on my front porch two-days after I ordered it. Definitely 5-star performance from Best Buy.
