The Best Buy employee that helped me was professional, polite, patient and thorough in helping me with my first ink cartridge purchase. I had with me several brand new, unopened b/w & color HP cartridges that had been locked by HP by their instant ink deal. I couldn't use them because I had canceled my subscription due to the fact I had acquired many extra cartridges. I figured I could use them up first, then restart the program, but they had been locked digitally and were unaccessible. This was for an HP Envy series printer that I had purchased 6 years previously. Because I had the cartridges for my printer with me, he found the proper cartridges for my printer with ease. It was decided that this was the best way to go, as there were no generic brand cartridges available that would work properly with my printer. Because I had purchased HP, I now had earned a new deal with HP and their instant ink promo, according to the Best Buy employee. My newly purchased HP cartridges work great. I'm an artist and print out my photos and artwork here at home and have found the color ink cartridges don't last very long, but the color is on spot.

This is the cartridge that my printer uses. It is easy to install and the color quality is great. Being a small size, it does not really last as long as I would like. This is also available in other stores, but the convenience of being able to order it online at Best Buy is great especially with the current situation. And it seemed to be shipped promptly and was delivered within a couple of days.
