The cartridges for my printer works great. I bought both black and color cartridges. The prices are reasonable and I also had a coupon for this purchase. The customer service staff is wonderful at Best Buy. They helped me find the cartridges that I needed. They are very helpful and patient with their customers.

Occasionally the HP 65 (black) toner cartridge is very difficult to find, so I was very happy to find it at the Homewood, IL Best Buy. While I was there I shopped and looked at merchandise available at the store. The staff were very helpful.

I was very happy that I found the HP product because these cartridges are very popular now it seems like everyone has this certain type of ink. But the associates were very helpful to me in finding this type of ink cartridge, I come here all the time for products that I need, because the prices are very reasonable to me and they have them in stock.

Bought this for my sister, all worked fine. She has an HP printer just like mine. A different model, though. This is easy to install. And being able to pick it up without contact, is very helpful.

The cartridges are easy to replace. They provide quality color ink when printing and the number of copies is pretty decent. The only thing I wish is that there would be more 65 XL when I go in to make a purchase.

The copies print nice, clean and sharp in black ink and HP has succeeded making a quality product.

As with the color cartridge, the number of print jobs you can actually eek out of this cartridge is woefully over-estimated in the description. The quality of prints is good, but I can print out maybe 50 pages at most.

The cartridge is easy to install and remove. Makes lots of copies . The only draw back is that the cartridge will dry out if you do not use the printer on a regular basis so make sure you print something at least once every week or so. I followed the rules to revitalize and unfortunately that didnt work.

Ink is fine. It is very expensive for 2 tablespoons of ink in the cartridge.

item was in good condition and luckily best buy had the one i needed. ink work great and was a decent price like anywhere else.
