Wonderful Prints!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the new HP Photosmart C5580,loads of extra ink cartridges for printing photos of the "Grandson", used the regular 75 color 74 black, good prints, slow drying, and covers about (color), 55-60 prints. OF course ran out of 75, installed 75XL, WHAT A difference, beautiful great extreme color, worth it for the extra $, over 150 prints on one 75XL cartridge.

defective ink, takes forever to claim hp warranty

I know it is the ink cartridge since printer works just fine when I plug in my old empty cartridge. Been dealing with hp to claim warranty for over a month now and no resolution until now. Been on the phone for hours (total) and spoke with agent after agent, supervisor after supervisor. I gave up, looks like hp is doing this on purpose to discourage warranty claims. This type of warranty claim service is not worth anybody's time. If they're giving customers this much trouble claiming warranty for a low ticket item like this cartridge, good luck filing one for a higher ticket item like the printer itself. Beware of hp.
