Purchased an HP refurbished laptop from the Best Buy marketplace. Within the first 30 days it worked great, had only used a few times but it was good then the computer crashed with hard drive failures. I took it to the Geek Squad and they could not warranty it as it was bought through a 3rd party. A member of the Geek Squad, Noah, was very helpful and he suggested sending the computer back to HP for them to replace the hard drive since it was still under manufactures warranty. I am looking forward to getting it back fixed!
