I used to get my empty cartridges refilled and the last one I installed my printer showed errors frequently like saying black ink needs replaced or to that effect. This ink does its job.

I was printing pictures from my computer and ran out of ink. Best Buy always has this cartridge in stock so I knew I could get it quickly. This cartridge is easy to snap in and out. Very dependable.

This black and white cartridge is easy to install and snaps right into the printer. The ink quality is dark in tone and combines good with color ink as well. It does tend to dry up quickly though after prolonged, steady use without a break.

Needed ink for my printer so I bought some. Ink last longer than any other brand I used. Last longer with HP paper that company suggest. If you have an HP, please use ink and paper together.

I tried using 'refills' but suffered malfunctions and so have returned to using the brand new HP 901 (as well as the color cartridge) in my HP 4500 multitask document producer.

This ink is very easy to change. You just need to know the right one that you need to change. It's very easy to remove the old one and also easy to get the new one on.

Just before I decided to write this, my 901 HP black ink expired on my HP printer. Well, I can write this without ink. But I do depend on the quality of the HP brand.

HP ink is the only kind I will buy. It is always dependable and never runs. I have bought cheaper brands and they just do not perform as well. Go for quality every time.

Shopped around for the best price for ink cartridge. Best Buy seemed to have one of the lowest prices around. Actually ended up getting 50% off the 2nd cartridge because I am a Best Buy rewards member.

Good ink, especially compared to off brands. Only issue is I wish it lasted longer. Doesnt last long for printing lots of sheets. If u only print a few pages a week this Ink is great and will last u a while.

I love my HP printer and although I seem to go through the ink fairly fast, I consider how much I print and am pleased with the ease of replacing the cartridges

This printer ink is a great value. I use quite a bit of ink in my HP Printer and find that the volume size and the quality of my prints are great with HP ink.

I have been using the regular 901 black Hewlett Packard ink cartridge & decided to use the XL...it is lasting much longer than the regular cartridge.

My printer is picky and won't except anything but HP ink so that is what I have to get. HP ink is good ink, easy to put in, and last. Price is another story.

Purchased for home printer that we've had for around 7-8 years. Still very reliable and print quality is excellent. Don't fix it if ain't broke!
