    I needed new ink cartridge for recently purchased HP printer. Staff helped get me the correct cartridge and then offered to help walk me through how to sign up for auto replacement print cartridges. Being a senior, I struggle with electronic applications. Staff was very helpful and patient and answered all questions without making me feel stupid. I appreciate that. Some stores talk down to you assuming everyone should know whatever. Best Buy NEVER treats me like that. Thanks for being helpful and patient.

    Always running out of black ink. Genuine HP ink is always the way to go. The replacement process was easy and the print quality was perfect.

    Black toner ink quality prints out great on paper with no messy ink. Cartridge was easy to replace in the HP printer. Great product.
