I’m sincerely sorry that you're having this problem. We hope to have that cleared up soon.
There are scarcities of the cartridges in some areas. This is due to a problem with one of the manufacturing lots of a couple colors and an increase in online orders during the holidays and the lockdowns. Supply just hasn't been keeping up with demand.
