Bought this at SANTA CLARITA BRANCH. Go somewhere else by the way. This particular branch is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!! bought this ink and printed 40 pages of home worksheets for the kids and it RAN out, despite it saying it will yield 300 pages. I called the branch and requested if they could check on it coz it could be a defect and a female staff told me BECAUSE I OPENED IT ALREADY THERE IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I explained to her a few times, i just bought the ink an hour ago and it was already out, but she insisted there is nothing that can be done, that i should just buy a new one! THANKS A LOT BEST BUY!!! Great service!
