Great quality ink!

Mine throws an attitude and refuses to print in any color if any one of my ink levels are too low. I prefer to use the XL's to last that extra bit of sheets.

I am very sorry that your order was not correct. I can understand why you rated this so low.
Since you ordered this from Best Buy rather than straight from HP, you will need to get in touch with Best Buy to have them handle this. They are the ones responsible for the products they sell.
