I used a substitute brand of ink cartridge, but it did not work. I then purchased the HP original cartridge and it has been working properly. Only HP cartridges will work with the HP8015e printer.

Great quality & Ink last pretty long. My go to for my printer and never disappoints. Very easy to install, just twist off and pop it into place and you're good to go.

I was needing a printer which was being sold by BEST BUY! Yes, I do love their products and I appreciate their staff/ personnel. That are always ready to help their customers and as I was saying, last year I bought a printer and every chance I get I buy ink cartridges at Best Buy because their prices on ink cartridges are comparable to other store prices!
