As far as 'cyan' ink for my exact printer goes, (HP OfficeJet 6500A-Plus) this SKU is the best. It costs more than off brand inks, but is guaranteed to work in the printer, not make a fuss about being a refill or 'non-genuine' and just work (even if it is 'expired'.) Often it is cheaper to buy each color individually if they are on sale, than to buy the XL combo package, since these go on sale more often. However, they do run out more quickly than advertised due to the printer using a combination of the colors, with the blacks, to make a 'deeper black color' unless you specify your printer not to do that. So if you only print b/w, but still are out of color, that's why. The cyan is probably my most used out of the 4 cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) but these do last me around 4 months with printing 2-3x a week b/w and once/twice in color. If you have a compatible printer, and need ink, get these and get them here (often cheaper than other online or physical stores in my experience.)

I'm a small business owner. The XL cartridge allows me to not have to refill or replace my ink so often. Besides if you do the math, you save money buying the XL cartridge vs the standard size cartridge.

I feel it will last 3 times longer then the non XL. Which makes it a good $ value.

It is very easy to replace old cartridges with this one. HP urges people to buy OEM although when I first installed this it came up as an error that was later fixed. XL is definitely the way to go if you think you'll have your printer for a little while.

With the HP printer, three colors go together. Cyan is just one of them. When use with the other two, the color comes out vibrant and sharp. You cannot use it by itself.

HP Cartridges always work and they have high quality. I've tried refills, but they don't last as long and the colors aren't as bright. Convenient and often on special.

Personal like getting the XL larger quantity cartridges because they last longer and seem to go further before running out of ink. BestBuy usually carries the XL type.

I like using the hp ink in my printer, the price is competitive, and using any Best Buy rewards towards the ink price is a great plus!

I have tried numerous unk cartridges in my HP all in one printer, but nothing else works as well as the genuine HP cartridge.
