    I believe that the best ink for the money is HP brand. It hasn't let me down yet!!

    So far out of all the printers I have owned HP seems to hold up well and the ink is about as reasonable as any other quality printer. Once I run out of the starter cartridges I always buy XLs because I get more print for my money. Another good thing is that the colors are separate and you can replace them as each color is needed. I also ignore the warning and run them till the print degrades, then swap the cartridge.

    With the price match, the price is good for toner which still remains a very expensive product relative to what you would expect and relative to what Costco would charge for its own ink refills. But I don't want to risk damage to my printer by using unauthorised toner.

    HP's ink, while a bit overpriced, is consitantly good quality and I've never had any problems with their cartridges. The cartridge works, prints look good, and that's that. Note that, with this catridge, you're only getting one color but that's a good thing since you can replace each color individually as needed, rather than having to swap out an entire combo cartridge just because one tank is low.
