This situation is very unfortunate. If you received a cartridge with damaged packaging, I would immediately return it. Found items on shelf myself but associate would not honer online price. Will not do business with Best Buy anymore if that is the way they treat longtime cusomers

Purchased the ink cartridge, installed in my printer and it wouldn't print a drop of ink. Returned it to Best Buy and was graciously given another. Got home, and same thing. No printing! However was told, "next time there will be no return!" So, I'm out 30 some dollars and my printer is still off line. Come to find out, B.B. is selling cartridges that are not original HP cartridges, but refills from Hati or the Dominican Republic. I didn't know this with either purchase but after the second fail I read the box and noticed they were not original HP cartridges. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
