    This is not necessarily a one star review of HP products but more the sloppiness of Best Buy. I have been using HP products for years. I know what their ink cartridges look like and the care taken in packaging them. The cartridges best Buy shipped me look like they were purchased at somebodys garage sale. The box was resealed and the cartridges were unrapped and unsealed in the box. Covered with dust and grime. See pics. Thanks Best Buy for time wasted. I will get my HP productd directly from them. Same price and delivery just as quick.

    They have very bad service in the store, yesterday I went and bought ink for my computer and they scammed me, inside there is a different ink and I went to complain in the store and they have not helped me

    I bought this with a frown was way overpriced. Ink costs are more than half the cost of a new printer. Its ridiculous! Its good quality but too high priced.
