I bought the printer because of the competitive pricing of the printer cartridges, and the number of copies I can get on a cartridge. It is great that I have a choice too, for regular use cartridges, or the XL long-lasting cartridges. Lately I have been printing documents that used more of one color than the others and I was a little short on funds, so this regular use cartridge was a handy buy.

The magenta/cyan is labeled incorrectly as a print cartridge on-line, but this is the correct print head that you need.

However my cartridges are all individual modules. The package he had sent (because they didn't have it in stock) did not work in my printer because the two modules were made into a double module. I'm taking this back for a refund.

Unfortunately one of the printer heads finally stopped working. The good news is that rather than buying an entire new printer or needing major work done on it like some printers, one is able to simply replace the malfunctioning printer head (which is different from the ink cartridge). It pops right out and the new one drops in place. I'm good to go again!
