So I've used imitation ink before and they always run out of ink too soon. Maybe it's just my imagination. I've also refilled ink thru Costco (coupon) and ill tell you the experience was horrible. The HP printer had a hard time recognizing the ink. And one it did my prints were just horrible. Either the lines werent straight or the colors were wrong. And I kept getting ink low. Ugh. Realigning and cleaning didn't help. After purchasing the authentic toner and realigning, cleaning etc. everything is great. Again, buy the genuine ink. Even though it costs more, you won't have a headache trying to get it fixed.

This ink is absolutely amazing. The magenta matches my other magentas perfectly. I cannot believe I went for so long using other, less magenta-y magentas before I found this one.

Always buy genuine HP cartridges for your Hp printers. You never get error messages with genuine cartridges. These XL ones also last a long time.

Great ink. Last a very long time. Needed for this semester in school. Printer stayed down at school. I just needed ink for my own.

I had to replace the HP Ink cartridge I purchased from another retailer which I basically had installed and never done any color printing. A few months (3) later, and my printer said it was empty. It was the second cartridge I replaced with the retailer. Frustrated, I decided to try Best Buy since the HP Ink was on sale for a great price. When I installed it, it registered a full cartridge. Yeah! And guess what? Another color cartridge (yellow) is showing empty from the other retailer. I will be buying my HP INK cartridges from Best buy from now on.

Hp ink is great, I do wish that the cartridges were refillable, tho. Easy install and the printer knows when the ink has been replaced. Produces quality images.

I use only real HP ink for my printers. I tried the refill old cartridge deal and lost print quality. Now only HP ink. And to buy it on sale is BONUS!
