Don't use any other ink in your HP printer! Buy HP ink only!

The HP original ink performs well but is pricey. I've tried reloading with aftermarket inks but have had issues with the printer not recognizing the ink. Best advice: watch for a sale price.

The color of this ink last longer than the non xl model.

HP ink jet cartridges are quick and easy to use. The XL line is economical and long lasting. I try to by the XLs whenever possible.

Bought several ink jet printers and needed ink for it. The XL versions are much better for this type of printer.

Wish I weren't married to HP, but that's the nature of the beast. The printer works fine, but HP limits cartridges to their own replacements, making ink-replacements twice the price. ; ^ (

It is best to use HP Ink for HP Printers. Otherwise you will end up with trouble.

For the skinny of use that the printer here's the life of this cartridge was better than expected

HP original ink, never refilled. I purchase mine at Best Buy, never a issue. It is just 1 think I don't have to worry about - put it in, and it works - perfect - every time!

I make greeting cards. Between the ink cartridges and the HP printer I make a very professional looking card. I use a lot of Magenta at Christmas time.
