HP quality, HP dependability, and I'm happy to see this cartridge still on the shelf, thank you very much, Best Buy...

HP Ink Cartridges are always good but pricey. Refilled items aren't always useable.

I mean what's to say, it's a printer cartridge and it has ink in it. As long as it works and doesn't explode all over me, how do I give it less than a 5. It is annoying however that cartridges are more expensive than a new low end printer. Really makes you think.

The HP Inkjet cartridge was a good product for the price. The ink sits well on the paper and doesn't smudge. Looks crisp. Though you tend to have to replac cartridges while there is still ink left inside, I wish they could fix that problem. But all cartridges do that.

Have been using HP products for about 20-25 years now and have always been happy, never disappointed. Once thought I would use a cheaper generic brand and it doesn't seem that it lasted as long as the HP brand. Always crisp, clear.

With my best buy member 15% discount and the $2 credit for the used/empty cartridge it came out to a semi-decent price. A shame they didn't have the black and color combo (96 & 97) for an anticipated greater discount!r

Replacement ink cartridge does the job as needed– Glad to have Best Buy locally so we can find these replacements when we need them easy to find in the store. No problems encountered

I use HP printers in my home and small business store. Would never use any other ink other that HP - gives great and consistent copy every time.

I have been using HP ink for over 10 years and I love it. I tried some of the cheaper ink and the result wasn't the same. Also the other ink cartridge did not last as long as the HP.

It is ink for your printer. It is easy to install. It lasts for a decent amount of time depending on how often you print things.

Always works! my only complaint is that I couldn't buy the tri-color/black combo refill that I used to always get. It saved money.

I purchased the HP ink because have only had trouble getting the non name brands to load right,this black worked good!
